Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Carefully pack the items in their original box with all silk markers, blouse pieces, and accessories included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once the item passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
